At XARA Shilajit, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund subject to the terms below.

30-DAY REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refund requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the delivery date shown by the carrier's tracking information.

To qualify for a refund:

  • Product must be returned to us.

  • Product must be unopened and unused.

  • Product must be approved by our support team before being returned.

  • Customer must provide a valid order number or proof of purchase.

Returns received without prior authorization may be refused.

FIRST-TIME CUSTOMER GUARANTEE

The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies only to a customer's first purchase of a product.

Repeat purchases, replacement orders, and subsequent orders may not be eligible for refunds unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS

Customers may cancel, pause, skip, or modify their subscription at any time through their subscription management portal.

To avoid future charges, subscription cancellations or modifications must be submitted at least three (3) days prior to the next scheduled billing date.

Once a subscription renewal order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and is not eligible for refund.

The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies only to the initial subscription order and does not apply to subscription renewal shipments.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support within seven (7) days of delivery.

We may request photographs of the issue before approving a replacement or refund.

LOST PACKAGES

Packages confirmed lost in transit may be replaced at our discretion.

Refund requests relating to lost shipments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled before fulfillment begins.

Once an order has entered processing, packing, or shipment, it cannot be canceled.

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your financial institution to process the refund.

NON-ELIGIBLE REFUNDS

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Opened or used products.

  • Products returned without authorization.

  • Requests submitted after the 30-day refund period.

  • Purchases made through unauthorized resellers.

  • Subscription renewal orders that have already been processed or shipped.

  • Orders involving suspected fraud, abuse, excessive refund requests, chargeback abuse, or policy manipulation.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

XARA Shilajit reserves the right to deny refunds, returns, replacements, future purchases, or customer support requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, excessive refund activity, chargeback abuse, or violations of this policy.

Individual results may vary. No specific outcome, health improvement, performance enhancement, or other result is guaranteed.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

By purchasing products from XARA Shilajit, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your purchase, use of our products, or this policy shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration administered in Birmingham, Alabama, under the laws of the State of Alabama.

You waive any right to have disputes heard by a judge or jury in court, except where prohibited by law.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute with XARA Shilajit shall be brought solely in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action, collective action, representative action, mass action, or similar proceeding.

The arbitrator shall not have authority to consolidate claims or conduct any class, collective, representative, or mass proceeding.
